AN 22-year-old man was stabbed by an unknown man at Cola’s Tavern in Kuyga in the St Albans area in Port Elizabeth yesterday morning.

Police spokesman Inspector Alywn Labans said the man had come into the tavern with five stab wounds in the head and two in the chest.

“He died while he was being taken in a bakkie to hospital.”

Labans said the victim, however, could not be named yet as his next of kin had still to be notified of his death. – Herald Reporter
