ONE La Femme reader can win a R3000 voucher for an exclusive new Errol Arendz “ready-to-wear” outfit from The Affinity Collection boutique which opened yesterday in Port Elizabeth.

The former Miss Universe, Michelle McLean, was spotted wearing an Arendz design on her recent visit to the city – she loves the glamour of this Cape Town couturier along with other style icons such as Sharon Stone, Priscilla Presley, Bassie Khumalo, Brumilda van Rensburg and Jacqui Mofokeng.

Now it’s time for Port Elizabeth fashionistas to have their very own Errol Arendz store in the form of the Affinity Collection at Walmer Park Shopping Centre.

What’s more, the multi-award winning designer will fly down after rubbing shoulders with David Beckham at the World Cup draw in Cape Town this weekend to be the guest of honour at the launch party between 10am and noon on Saturday, December 5.

The Plettenberg Bay-based owners of the boutique, Greg and Jen Gilliver, have a chain of Affinity Footwear stores which are found at Moffett on Main, Greenacres Shopping Centre, Jeffreys Bay, Plettenberg Bay and Knysna.

Part of the Errol Arendz collection will also be sold at Affinity Footwear at Greenacres, with this launch party taking place on Friday between noon and 2pm.

Arendz offers two brands within his ready-to-wear range: In2it and DuSud. In2it items are fresh, edgy and funky, suitable for both leisure and more formal occasions, while the DuSud collection provides statement pieces in luxury fabrics, fresh styles and unique prints – as you can see from the item shown in the accompanying picture..

Plus, if you don’t want to spend that R3000 voucher on clothing, the boutique will also carry the Errol Arendz Shoe Collection which features glittering stilettos, fierce gladiators, bright tribal prints, easy-going flats and Swarovski-embellished evening shoes.
